How do I set up a showing?

• In order to set up a showing you will need to follow these steps.

  1. Click view details under the unit you are interested in.​

  2. Then click contact us button

  3. Fill out all the blanks including the enter optional information section (if anything is left blank are agent will not be able to show you the rental until the information is completed)

  4. Once all your info is filled in, select contract us now and one of our listing agents will reach out to you via text in the next 24 to 48 hours.

What if I have a low credit score or no credit history.

• We are not looking for a specific number. We are looking for things like liens, unpaid child support, or collections that would affect income.

Do I need to get a Alpha report?

• In most cases you don't need to get a Alpha report. The background check we do covers the local area and national records. The are time when we might need more info that the Alpha report would have but we would let you know if we need it.
